Caroline Leicht is based in the School of Social and Political Science.
Caroline is a PhD candidate at the University of Southampton and visiting research student at the University of Edinburgh. Her research interests lie at the intersections of gender, media and politics, with a focus on issues of representation in executive government, campaigns and in the media. Caroline uses both quantitative and qualitative methods in her research, with a focus on innovative digital research methods.
