Bhavinee is a Law PhD candidate researching Indian federalism through the lens of constitutional law theory and political economy. Through interdisciplinary research and using a combinative methodology of doctrinal analysis, elite interviews, archival research, and institutional study, she explores how legal interpretations of federalism are shaped by historical legacies, political practice, and power networks.
