Francisca Anita Adom-Opare
Francisca is based in the School of Social and Political Science.
Francisca's research employs a mixed methods, multi-methods design in critically examining the conceptualisation, framings and practicalities of disability inclusion in Ghana. Drawing from different disability typologies and gender, Francisca employs feminist and participatory approaches within digitisation, visual anthropology, and 'traditional' methods such as interviews in unearthing how disability is understood by different people and the role of conceptualisation and data in practical inclusivity.
